Accommodations

The following beach villa rentals are all right next to the main KiteHouse shared house and all are very short walk onto the kitebeach. Can sit and relax in the pool in-between sessions and watch others kite while in the pool. It's a kiteboarder & kitesurfer paradise!!! Fully furnished with kitchens. Cleaning included.

Private Beach Villas

Villas Dermi

1 minute walk to the kite launch on the kite beach Playa Copal. They have an amazing view on the Bay. They share a private inside parking and a private pool. Fully furnished kitchens. Utilities and cleaning included.

The small one, villa A, $65/night: Bathroom, kitchen, small living with a single sofa bed and a double bed on a 2nd floor mezzanine.

The big one, villa B, $70/night: Bathroom, kitchen, large living with 2 single sofa beds and a double plus a single bed on the 2nd floor mezzanine.

Villa Rana Verde

This is a large beach front villa with private large garden and inside parking, a large pool and a direct path access to the kite beach, Playa Copal.

$150 to $195/night 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, large living room, large terrace, 2 bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 2

single beds.

The KiteHouse shared house

It's a shared large villa on the kite beach with: Large living / kitchen area One private bedroom with double bed and a bathroom on the first floor.

 

Upstairs has another private bedroom with double bed and a balcony living area with 4 single beds. Private bedroom on 1rst floor $39,

private bedroom 2nd floor $33, single bed in dorm on 2nd floor balcony $18. Utilities and cleaning included.

The Cabinas La Sandia

5 minutes driving from the kitebeach, La Sandia Cabinas is a family owned Bed & Breakfast, the cabinas are small rooms with private bathroom. There is a gated inside parking, a nice and quiet terrace area and a colorful and jungely garden all well guarded by a cuite german shepard, Achille.

Double bed cabina or 2 single bunkedbeds (sleep 2 persons) $35/night with continental breakfast.
